Alex and Daniel first connected via the Sailor Moon Forums on a thread discussing current interest in The Sailor Moon Collectible Card Game, and possibilities of it getting fan-created content in the future.

Due to licensing issues, the original Sailor Moon CCG was only able to cover the first two seasons of the show, coming to a close never to see future work after winning the Origins Award for Best Trading Card Game in the year 2000.

Cut to the Summer of 2022, when Daniel and Alex realize that if they want to see this content in the world, they'll have to create it themselves. With expansions set for release this coming Summer of 2023, we can't wait to see what the future holds for the (un)Official Sailor Moon CCG.
